3. Our Services

We provide free and paid collection and disposal services for IT equipment, including but not limited to:

  • Desktops, laptops, tablets, smartphones
  • Servers and network equipment
  • EPOS and VoIP systems
  • Cables, printers, and peripherals

Services may include secure data destruction (physical or software-based), compliant disposal, and documentation (e.g. certificate of data destruction).


4. Service Bookings

  • Bookings may be made via phone or email. We aim to confirm all collections within 1 working day.
  • We may request a list and/or photos of items prior to collection to assess suitability.
  • Collection times are provided in good faith but may be subject to change due to traffic, weather or other factors beyond our control.

5. Cancellations & Rescheduling

  • You may cancel or reschedule a collection with at least 24 hours’ notice.
  • Failure to provide notice may result in a service fee being applied (where applicable).

6. Access & Collection Requirements

  • It is your responsibility to ensure safe and reasonable access to the collection site.
  • Someone must be present to sign for the collection unless otherwise agreed.
  • We reserve the right to refuse collection if items are not as described, or if access is unsafe or restricted.

7. Data Destruction

  • Where data destruction is requested, we will provide a certificate upon completion.
  • We are not liable for any data remaining on equipment if it was not specifically requested for erasure.
  • It is your responsibility to specify whether physical or software-based erasure is required.

8. Staff Conduct

  • Our staff are trained, insured and expected to behave in a professional and courteous manner.
  • We ask clients to treat our team with the same respect.
  • Abusive or unsafe environments may result in immediate cancellation of service without refund or notice.

9. Liability

  • We take every care in handling your equipment but accept no liability for any damage that may occur after collection, unless caused by our negligence.
  • We are not responsible for loss of data or software unless this was covered by a specific agreement for data destruction.
  • We are not liable for any consequential losses, including loss of business or profit.

10. Waste Carrier Licence & Compliance

  • Anytec is a registered Waste Carrier with the Environment Agency. Proof of licence is available on request.
  • All collections and disposals are performed in accordance with the WEEE Directive, GDPR, and relevant UK regulations.

11. Privacy

  • We process personal data in line with our Privacy Policy and are GDPR-compliant.
  • Personal information you provide for collections or communication will be used solely for service delivery and legal compliance.
